Rules and regulations

a. The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 years and above.

b. Participants must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Ticket Purchase:

a. Each ticket purchased equals one entry into the raffle.

b. Participants may purchase multiple tickets to increase their chances of winning. For instance, if a participant buys 5 tickets, their name will be entered into the draw 5 times.

c. Ticket purchases are non-refundable.

3. Participation:

a. By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to abide by these rules and regulations.

b. Participants must provide accurate contact information at the time of ticket purchase.

c. Only tickets purchased within the designated timeframe will be considered valid for entry.

4. Draw Process:

a. The raffle draw will be conducted using a random selection method.

b. Each entry, corresponding to a purchased ticket, will be assigned a unique identifier.

c. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. d. The draw will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner.

5. Winner Notification:

a. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.

b. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe or is found to be ineligible, another winner may be selected.

c. The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility.

6. Prize:

a. The prize awarded is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

b. The nature and value of the prize will be specified prior to the raffle draw.

c. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
